Great Birthday

I had the greatest birthday ever. The kids all had a suprise for me.  Triston and Rheagen bought me the CUTEST bear with their own money!  I guess they had a hard time choosing what to get me. But what they got me was the best look how cute!

The was just the beginning.  Padin and Rheagen made me the cutest pictures and sang me a special song that they made up just for me.  How sweet is that?!?!? 

By noon we finally made it to the pool.  Hayley my sweet sister-in-law brought the girls over to go swimming with us.  IT WAS A BLAST!!  Even though I am in so much pain today.  I went up and down the slide proabably 50 times. (okay maybe not much but it felt like it).  The kids love going down the big slide. 

Sienna would crack me up and scream all the way down.  She wasn't scared she was just having fun.  Adyson kept saying we need to go supper dupper fast!!  Found out if i took of my shorts before we went down the slide it would make us go so much faster.  Rheagen almost got the courage to go down the slide herself but got scared at the end.  Hopefully, next time she can do it.  I can't lift her much longer.

Padin just did his own thing most of the day until he could get his turn to go down the slide.  You know girls are pretty boring!  He did find someone he went to school with thank goodness!

I have to show you what Hayley and the girls got me!  LOVE IT!!!

The day is not over yet!  Triston, Rheagen, and Padin spent the night.  Wii rime baby!  I finally bought a second controller.  Not sure if that was a good idea.  We are all way too competitive.  My favorite part was watching Triston try to help Padin, PRICELESS!!!!

Update . . .

I know I haven't wrote in here for awhile so here is a little update of what I have been doing.

I am still doing BOOT CAMP and loving it! I have dropped a total of 15 inches so far. I sure hope one day I can find a nice set of abs!!! I will work on it until I do. Ha ha I have found that taking my vitamins and taking supplement shakes do wonders! I have heard how wonderful Shakeology is so I am going to be getting some Wednesday so EXCITED! Wondering what this stuff is go to www.teambeachbody.com/tiffanykid and the items are in shop for products.

Last weekend I got invited to go with the Fawson's to Bear Lake it was a blast, even though it rained off and on. They are probably the funniest family ever. I don't think I have ever laughed so much in my life. Thanks guys for letting me come with you! We will have to do it again when the weather gets better. Hopefully during the summer I can bring up the waverunner and we can play on that.

Brings me to my next concern . . . well I think I want to get me a SUV. Pontiac is done and I don't think it would be a good idea to keep the car. Even though I love it and wasn't planning on getting me a new vehicle for awhile. But with this said anyone have an SUV or know of an SUV that you think is really good? I am thinking about getting it so I can take the waverunner out this summer. Any help would be deeply appreciated. THANKS!!!

The worst day ever . . .

I hated today with a passion and I never want to go through this again. We had a layoff today with approximately 300 people. The more I think about it the more depressed I get. I feel so lucky to still have my job. However, there were many people that were not so lucky. I wish there was a way that I could say goodbye to some of the people I used to work with. I know it stunned most of them and I wish they could come back. Work will not be the same. L All I can say is I wish you the best of luck and I hope you find a job soon!! And thanks for being such great friends!!!

Boot CAMP

Boot camp may sound horrible. Well it can be it seriously kicks my butt every night. I want to thank my mom for getting us signed up to do this. I might get discouraged and I don't think i can do one more rep. Then I look to my side and what do I see my MOM still going STRONG! What the heck she is still going okay I have to keep going!! My mom rocks at this! We have to jump A LOT well she does it. I look around the room and most women don't. I look up to my mother. I hope one day I can be as strong as her. Mom I love you!! Thanks for doing this with me.

One other thing I talked to Michelle Olsen and she thought I could be a coach. I work with one man that ways 350 pounds. He is the nicest guy in the whole world!!! However, I care about him so much that I stress about him. I am so worried one day with his weight he will have a heart attack at work and they will not be able to get him out of the building.

I told him I worry about him all the time. So one day I just asked if I could help coach him to lose weight. I told him there was also an incentive to drop the pounds. Not really sure what to put on this . . .

1. First of all I think I am addicted to hanging out with Trisha and her kids! They sure can put a smile on my face all the time. Especially LOU LOU!!! (by the way HAPPY BIRTHDAY YESTERDAY!!!)

2. Boot camp with Michelle Olsen!!! She is the coolest coach EVER!

3. My one hundred calorie packs. Yes, I only eat one a day. :)

4. Spending money! This has to stop FAST. I need to save again. If I ever want to buy me a house.

5. Writing down my feelings. I was told the other day that I don't know myself. The sad thing this is sooo true!!! So this friend of mine said, "I need to figure out who I am before I can really be happy." So this is one thing I am trying to do. Not working out to well.

Fun night

First off I got a phone call at 9:30 Saturday night saying get your but to the house. Let's play the wii. I tried my hardest not to play this thing because I know me I will get addicted real fast. However, the greatest people in the world got me to play. I had so much fun. Especially playing Mario kart! I am a dork I know but I am so competitive that I was trying my hardest to win. The thing is I was not very good . . . well I stink at it. I was glad when I didn't take 12^th place. Ha ha ! At least I couldn't do any worse! A couple of us were talking we should make this an all nighter. So guess what . . . yes we did. I didn't make it home until about eleven the next day. I just have to thank my friends for being so nice and getting me out of the house. Even though I was missing one of my favorite shows "John and Kate plus 8". Well I ended up not missing it. I was glad I did miss it because there was one benefit of the night. I made a really good friend.

Thanks again everyone! I hope we can do this again soon. The food can be on me this time.

How I did it . . .

Well before I started painting the table I had to read instructions on the internet on how to do it.  The top of this table is laminate so I didn't know for sure what would stick to it or if I could paint it.  Well they have this cool stuff call Bullseye 1-2-3.  This will let paint stick to just about anything from tile, laminate, or anything slick. 

 
 

So first I decided to sand down some of the spots that needed some fixing.  Then I painted a thin layer of bullseye 1-2-3.  This is just like a primer.  Once this was dry, I used gloss oil enamel paint.  Trust me I didn't like it at first because it was too shinny.  However, after a couple of days it grew on me.  After everything is painted, they say to use two coats of polyurethane on any item you paint.  This is for cleaning purposes.  I am not going to do this until summer.  I am afraid the fumes will be too much for me to handle without having doors and windows open. 

Table

Well you all might be wondering what these projects are supposed to be. Well I have been painting my parents old table. The cool thing about this table is this is the first table they got after they got married. Too have a piece of this in my place makes it pretty special. This project seemed to take longer than I ever thought it would take. If anyone decides to paint a table, let me give you some advice. Don't if it has a lot of spindles. Wow!!!! It takes forever to paint.

Mom

I have to tell everyone how great my mom is. She is the greatest mom in the whole world. She is an awesome listener, friend, very dependable, and etc. My mom is my hero. I hope one day I can be half as great as she is. She stopped by my apartment today and gave me the most beautiful quilt that she made for me. I don't know how I lucked out getting such a FABULOUS mom.
Mom I just want to thank you again! I love you so much!!!

I love Christmas!

It has been so great living in this apartment. One thing I have enjoyed so much is buying things to decorate my own place. I bought this shelf/coat rack and side table at Michaels, and had so much fun painting them. I feel like my crafty side is starting to come back out. While I have been trying to open my creative side I have started to notice one thing I have noticed is red must be my favorite color. I don’t know if it’s because all the time I went to middle and high school I would have nothing to do with the color because it was our school colors-but now I think it is one of the prettiest colors. There are so many different reds to choose from so when trying to pick out the right one makes it very difficult. Well enough of talking about that.

I got me a Christmas tree! Yes there isn’t much on it right now but I am still making me some ornaments. Hopefully I can get them done by the end of the weekend to put them on the tree. I would love to take pictures of the rest of the place decorated but I don’t want to show you how messy it is. Not that it is dirty but I am still working on another project. Praying this one gets done within the next couple of weeks. I really hate filling like I live in a pig pen.

Cookies

It is Bunco time again. One of my friends Aunt is in charge. So she asked if I could help her out. We went shopping bought some really cute prizes. Then she asked if I could make some festive cookies. We are doing a Christmas theme for this month. So I decided I could make some Oreo cookies with red and green frosting.

Please don't look at the table I have these cookies on. I have been working on painting the table. Once I get this done I will post some before and after pictures for you.

Overheard conversation

Okay I am starting to wonder if I was born during the wrong generation. I overheard a conversation today and all I can say is OMG!!! This guy is 50 years old and he was telling some of my coworkers that he was dating a 26 year old!! Maybe I am just old fashion but that is disgusting. It took everything out of me to hold in from throwing up. Is it just me but is that completely wrong. I am one that thinks wow that is like dating my dad.

I did the whole freak out thing and everyone just laughed at me. They said age is only a number and there is nothing wrong with it. Maybe it's just me but I do think there is something wrong. I just want to hear what everyone else's opinion is about this? Tell me if you think this is okay or if you think this is completely wrong and why. Can't wait to hear everyone's voice on this.

4 things I love about my husband- Since I don't have a husband nor a boyfriend. Four things I would love is to have someone hardworking, likes to do outdoor things, can make me feel like a princess at all times (even when I am a pain), and someone that likes to be with my family. I guess all the things I want remind me of Tim.

4 movies I could watch more than once- Don't watch very many movies. However when I had no television I watched Coyote Ugly, Save the last Dance, and Work and the Glory (one awesome movie, now want to see all of them), I also like cheerleading movies so Bring it on. Is another favorite of mine.

4 T.V. shows I watch- Army Wives (can't wait for the finale tonight), Home Improvement, King of Queens, and Scurbs.

4 places I have been- Spain, California, West Yellowstone, and Saint George. (Not much of a traveler)

4 things I look forward to in the next year- All I have to say is I would like to enjoy anything! One thing is all the girls spending the night, maybe me buying my own home, maybe going back to school and get my masters in IS, and watching my nieces and nephews grow up.

Sleep-Over

I am a pretty lucky aunt to have such great nieces and nephews. Since I have moved out I have had a few of them spend the night. They were complete angels. I just can't wait for the day when I get to have my other two nieces to spend the night.

Thursday’s

Every Thursday Rheagen and I have this routine. I get home from work at four and her gymnastics gets over at the same time. So I go pick her up and she is STARVING! So we go to McDonalds buy some dinner and play until we decide to go to football practice! All I hear is Tiff watch this. Look what I can do. What a kid she makes me laugh. I enjoy seeing how fast she picks everything up (gymnastics and cheer)!

Apartment

Yes about time I post pictures. I have been asked over and over again if I LOVE my new place. Well the answer is of course! It is always nice to be on my own. Thanks Rheagen and my mom for helping me clean the place (it always helps having music in the background to dance to). It is still kind of messy to this day. However, it is looking much better than before. I have two bedrooms and 1 ½ baths. I think the second bedroom will be my craft room/ Rheagen's room when she spends the night. Everyone look at the picture with the table. What should I do with it. My mother gave me permission to do whatever I want. Too be honest I would love to keep it the way it is but I don't know how to get it refinished. My other thought was painting it black? If anybody has some ideas please post them. The last picture on here is from one of my friends. Her little boy made me this house warming gift. I think it is soooo sweet.

Sorry I haven't posted in awhile. I have been pretty busy. Plus no internet. I have to thank my neighbors for being so nice and letting me tap into theirs for a couple of days. Just to let you know I do enjoy being on my own. Wish I had time to sit and relax for awhile. I'm sure it will come soon. I HOPE! If I have time tomorrow night I will post pictures. I also want to get things cleaned up before I post. This place was pretty dirty before I moved in. It wasn't a disaster but the walls were dirty and ya that is kind of sick. I don't want to move into someone elses filth.
